Nice clean entrance and a comfortable bed.

The check-in desk staff seemed irritated and unhelpful. They constantly left the desk, leaving guests needing assistance waiting for an extended period. This lack of attention, especially after a long journey.

The hotel's position was good and perfect, very close to most grocery stores and Walmart, many restaurants and convenient store and a Hampton where the breakfast runs out of the main course by 8:15a. The staff was knowledgeable, they provided a great service.

The place is great and incredibly beautiful and has ideal location in the mountains. The hotel offers stocked, new-fashioned rooms with the bathroom and kitchen, for instance.

the workout room was a bit underwhelming and could use some updates. but the staff was super polite, and my room was really clean with tons of space. also, enjoyed the warm cookies they made at night.

Location, our son studies at Tusculum college, he could come on bike to meet us. Breakfast is super.

The room near the elevators are noisy, fortunately the 2nd time we had a room further away from it.

Clean rooms and good breakfast

Was woken at 6am with a false fire alarm from the kitchen after a very late evening. There should be a warning that in case of a fire - X will happen. No one knew what was going on and ruined our rest. DFid not find out what happened until check out wiht no real apology for the interuption.

Breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating.

We were impressed with the friendliness and willingness to help us with all our questions.

We hit the on-site fitness center for a morning energizer and later explored some local spots. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were spacious, and we loved the convenience of being close to everything we wanted to see.

The only downside was the breakfast selection. It was pretty lacking, especially the decaf coffee and the eggs. For a bit of a higher price, I was hoping for better food options in the morning.

The couch in the room is actually more of a loveseat, which might disappoint families needing extra sleeping space. The Wi-Fi was problematic, as it didn't connect properly, necessitating a mobile hotspot instead.

Had free parking and a great location near TU. Fitness center was basic.

Good breakfast options included open face egg sandwiches. The room was spacious and clean, with bath products without parabens. Easy walking distance to local attractions, including the amazing Niswonger Performing Arts Center.

We enjoyed a spacious Beautiful Queen Room, perfect for our family. The cleanliness stood out, but the check-in process felt rushed as staff frequently left the desk.
